Bookings can be made online, by email, by telephone or in person.

Rates
Accommodation rates quoted include taxes, unless specifically excluded. 

Although we try to show the latest rates on this website, the rates shown are subject to change without prior notice. We suggest you confirm rates when booking.

Payment
Unless specifically agreed, a booking is confirmed only on receipt of payment of at least 50% of cost of accommodation. Full payment is required before or on arrival.

Payment can be made by Electronic Transfer (EFT) or cash only. No credit card payments available.
Cancellation
Should a confirmed booking be cancelled
• more than 7 days prior to arrival, a full refund of paid accommodation fee will be made.
• less than 24 hours prior to arrival the full accommodation fee is payable.
In the event of premature departure, or if a guest fail to arrive, the full accommodation fee is payable.
If you have paid us more than the cancellation fee, the balance will be refunded to you.

Arrival and Departure times
Under normal circumstances, rooms are available for occupancy from 13h00. Arrivals after 19h00 by arrangement only.
Rooms to be vacated before 10h00 on day of departure.

Guests of guests
Rooms are for use by paying guests only. 

Pets
Pets are allowed following prior arrangement only.

Making of Fires
We provide special, clearly identified, areas where fires can be made for food preparation. No other fires are allowed. Fires must be put out after use.  

Smoking
This is a non-smoking establishment as per local legal requirements and apply to both organic and e-cigarettes.
Smoking of both organic and e-cigarettes are allowed outdoors.

Indemnity
The owners, management and/or agents of Florida Guest Farm shall not be liable for, and the Guest waives/abandons any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage against the owners, management and/or agents, whether arising form default, negligence or otherwise.

Right of admission
Right of admission is reserved.
